10) Reporting
For the exam you need to know how the capabilities and limitations of the standard Salesforce reporting tools. You also need to know when it would be appropriate to use CRM Analytics or Tableau.
You need to have an understanding of how the following 4 report types work:

You may run into a situation where you are asked to report on millions of records (or you are asked for a multi-year or trending report, which often end up having millions of records), in these scenarios it will be important to incorporate CRM Analytics and/or Tableau based on exactly what needs to be implemented. Another common scenario you could benefit from these two tools are in a multi-org scenario where you need to pull data from multiple systems and/or SF instances together for reporting. You do not need to be a technical expert on Tableau or CRM Analytics, you just need to know how they work and when to use them.
