Trying to access list create/update, getting internal error

./npm-api.sh --access-list-create office --allow "192.168.2.2"

    Error: Internal Error

Login works, I get a valid token.

it is only failed on --access-list-create office , or any --access-list-create xxx ?

On my side it is working well:
