[REQ] Add option to delay turning on TV for streaming

For Moonlight streaming scenario.
I have PC in sleep mode, I wake it up using WoL, then I connect with Moonlight client.
The TV will wake up and play the sounds of the current open game (before PC goes to sleep), then LGTVCompanion detects the active streaming session, turns off the TV.
The TV wake up and sound playing could be a bad surprise to other family members.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to delay start by X seconds of turning on TV when windows starts/wakes up from sleep.
So that it won't wake up TV and play sounds before the Moonlight session starts.
Currently there is one delay option for HDMI switch, but seems not for delay turning on

Another solution I'm thinking about is to provide an option to not wake up TV when PC wake up from WoL
