In all test files from below change the paths to some real nifti images ; provide debug folder and save there the output (currently most of the tests are hashed out) . There is automated test "test_object_equality" but we need also debug output to verify manually comparing visually images in slicer weather we get the same (if visually we get the same but test do not pass mean test is not good) .

1. run test_basic_transformation.jl
2. run test_hdf5.jl
3. run test_resample_to_target.jl
4. test_spatial_metadata_change.jl

Then we will proceed based on errors .
