Instance-wide button upload/creation

I want to create some buttons which are only for my instance. I do not want to merge a patch all the time into the new release.

It would be great if there were a frontend where I as an admin could enter a name, upload the svg, specify the css and hit save to get a new button instance-wide. The name could be auto prefixed with something like cus- and the button would be selectable like every other button too. But it had the prefix just in case somewhen a button with the very same name appears in LL

At this very moment I am using a fork if a theme and the creator forbids that I ever change my mind and need to copy all the buttons to another one (or always merge buttons into the latest version and hopefully nothing ever changes...)
