🔧 Setup Instructions

# Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/alibassam24/Blog-App-Backend-Django.git
cd django-blog-api

# Create virtual environment
python -m venv env
source env/bin/activate  # For Windows: env\Scripts\activate

# Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

#Create a supabase postgresql db, then make a .env file in core folder
#make sure python-decouple is installed in your virtual environment
#add db credentials in .env file as DB_NAME, DB_HOST, DB_PORT, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD
#after adding .env file, Data base will be connected


# Run migrations
python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate



# Start development server
python manage.py runserver
