Update toolkit for winget package identifier change (Microsoft.DevProxy → DevProxy.DevProxy) #300
Description
The package identifier for the Dev Proxy installer on winget is changing from Microsoft.DevProxy to DevProxy.DevProxy. The beta version is also changing from Microsoft.DevProxy.Beta to DevProxy.DevProxy.Beta.
The toolkit needs to be updated to accommodate this change to ensure that users can install and upgrade successfully from winget.
Tasks:
- Update all references of the old package identifiers to the new ones in the codebase, documentation, and scripts.
- Verify that install and upgrade flows continue to work with the new identifiers.
- Communicate this change in the changelog or release notes to inform users.
