Remote server authentication OAuth 2.1

Is there a way to configure the mcp-gateway to fully handle oauth 2.1 authentication in remote servers, similar to "mcp-remote" https://www.npmjs.com/package/mcp-remote?

I could not find a way to connect to Atlassian MCP using docker mcp gateway. Ref: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-rovo-mcp-server/docs/getting-started-with-the-atlassian-remote-mcp-server/

@rrbemfica we are releasing support for this workflow in the next release of Docker Desktop (version 4.48). However, it will be behind a feature flag. @saucow once this is available, let's update this issue with instructions.
