[BUG] YouTube "Ambient Mode" Kills FPS (fullscreen and theater mode)

When playing any youtube video if you go into theater or fullscreen mode something called ambient mode is activated and it runs like a slideshow as soon as you turn it off (you need to be in this mode to disable it) It runs perfectly again. We need to find a way to disable this.
