Frontend feature: Display and enable editing for Chaos Fault step name as title in Fault edit menu #5214
Description
In the Litmus frontend visual editor, steps are currently named after their step name in the experiment YAML:
However, the Chaos Fault edit menu doesn't reflect this, and instead uses the fault template name:
This feature proposes that the title in the edit menu reflects the step name, with the template name existing underneath it, as a subtitle. The title should also be editable from the edit menu, since this functionality is available in the YAML editor but not the visual editor.
