Key Learnings and Takeaways
I need to start with short summary that I am absolutely amazed how Microsoft is moving forward with developing AI and making tools and solutions ready even for non-technical users. I like the fact that the whole learning sessions were very well described by the authors. One of the game changers is adding extra video materials to the course I really appreciate all lectures for adding extra content in this format as it's much easier to go thru the steps.
Challenges Faced
What I would add here more is exploring on what kind of real-life examples or solutions where we can use those agents as a main scenario of helpdesk is pretty silly as it's very well known.

Thank you for Microsoft and whole Power Platform Community for making this possible to prepare this kind of content. I am truly amazed and waiting for more to take my knowledge about Coplot Studio on the next level.
