Right now when you disable telemetry you will get zero experiments.
The docs should clearly state this. The framing should be that you will get new features slower if you disable telemetry. Since we use ExP as a way to roll-out a lot of features. Just this week multiple enterprises reached out because they do not have Auto yet.

Also it should make it clear the Experimentation is clear to making our product great, and that users that disable telemetry do not help us improve the product via experiments.
