Day off doesn´t show when added and profile images are broken, both are happening in the UI

Hello,
We are experiencing some issues that didn´t happen before, so I wonder if something got changed in the background. When some team members add a day off, it doesn´t show in the UI. In addition, for some team members the profile images are broken (see screenshots attached). Finally, is there a way to change the colors of the events?

@echacondekra thanks for reporting, we'll look into it. Can you share what environment you are on (cloud, server version)?

Regarding changing color there's a really old issue (#155), it's not on the backlog to address yet but we are looking into a refresh of this extension.

We have the same issue I think cloud version. What we have noticed is not all appointments display when you first access the calendar, But if you then press Next and then previous to go back to the previous calendar the items then display. Is there any update when this may be fixed please?
