[Package Issue]: paologiuaa.Tilde (Misspelling in the PackageIdentifier)

Brief description of your issue

The PackageIdentifier of paologiuaa.Tilde 1.0.0 has a spelling error that I can't easily fix in PRs, since it affects folder paths and such:

It's supposed to be spelt paologiua with 1 trailing A, and not as paologiuaa with 2 trailing A's.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/blob/master/manifests/p/paologiuaa/Tilde/1.0.0/paologiuaa.Tilde.locale.en-US.yaml
2. Compare the PackageUrl value with the PackageIdentifier value.

Actual behavior

The author's name is misspelled in PackageIdentifier.

Expected behavior

The PackageIdentifier value is written the same way as on the package's download pages.
