[Bug]: NIM doc in manual installation steps shows HTML block instead of plain text

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to location -- https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-instance-manager/deploy/vm-bare-metal/install-nim-manual/#install-instance-manager

2. Check both the tabs centOS-RHEL / Debian-ubuntu , Issue is present on both the tabs

What is the expected or desired behaviour?

It should show normal text instead of the present 'HTML' code blocks

Probably the same issue as #1163.

Per @maximusmith529's latest comment:

I'm looking into this currently. It looks like this occurs when callouts are made inside of tab-groups using the markdown notation, ie. {{%call-out%}}. This only happened inside of tabs.

I'm still testing this out with tab-groups, but for now using {{}} inside of a tab-group should work.

In the other issue, Jon suggests adding a title to the callout as a workaround can address this issue, but this instance already has one.
