2.   Mention Durham degrees. Visitors to the site need to know that Pebble has top quality people
   

3.   There is a FOUNDERS heading whereas I am not a founder. Take out the heading? --> Directors
   

4.   Over use of “awesome”?
   

5.   Use “Digital”
   

6.   Explain that Pebble uses Digital to transform client businesses. “We use Digital to transform your business”
   

7.   How many client logos can we get above the fold? Establishes credibility instantly.
   

8.   For potential recruits consider: “Reach your potential. Work with the coolest clients. Have fun.”
   

9.   Consider “featured job” above the fold “Senior Technical Architect”
