Force latest release commit update with same tag

In a repo of mine I'll use always the same tag latest for semplicity but with softprops/action-gh-release@v2 the release commit and source files arent updated and the only things that are updated are the description and the uploaded files.

Please add a parameter/arg or something to override the latest release commit sha and the source files.

You can workaround it by deleting the tag first:

      - name: Delete latest tag
        run: gh release delete latest --cleanup-tag
        env:
          GITHUB_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}

I know, but was thinking that it would be a nice feature imho
