I don't think we can move forward with this as it's Boot specific and not Spring Data REST. We wouldn't want to include documentation about downstream projects as we don't control the lifecycle of those features so that docs would get out of sync easily.

The Spring Boot docs already show the available configuration properties. Also linking to RepositoryDetectionStrategies that has JavaDoc explaining all values in depth
