[request] Allow user to configure the interval between scans and scan on demand #5

Hi Team,
First of all, congratulations on the launch of another fantastic use case for TruffleHog!
It would be beneficial to allow users to configure the interval between scans. A ten-second interval seems too frequent, especially considering that average Burp files can be quite large, which might lead to performance issues or crashes.
Additionally, implementing an on-demand scan feature would be great. This would enable users to conduct a scan only when needed, such as at the end of a testing session. This approach would be more efficient as it would eliminate the need for multiple scans throughout the day.
