Discuss tabtab situation.

Is anyone using it?
tabtab and similar packages doesn't seem to be maintained.

Following mklabs/tabtab#46 (comment), https://github.com/pnpm/tabtab seems to be the best alternative for now.
But it seems to be quite complex, I'm not interested in implementing the migration, so my vote is to drop tabtab until someone migrates to new version #915.
