What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This PR aims to change the "frameworks" to "platforms". The previous designation was confusing with the Compliance Frameworks that the IaC teams shares with CSM. The goal is to change the designation to platform both on the docs and on the explorer for things like Terraform and Kubernetes. We hope to ensure the clarity for the customer in theur use of the product.
