A Chrome Extension to keep a tab on your Browser Tabs

🎯 Vision and RoadMap

The primary mission is to publish a chrome extension on Chrome Web store with minimum functionality added and work on adding the features moving forward.

💡 What was the idea behind it???

This is a fun project just to share the number of Browser Tabs and answer such questions!!!!

Running the Landing Page Locally

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/aUnicornDev/tabsMonster.git

Go to the project directory

  cd tabsMonster/docs

For now there are no dependencies, so open up VS code and use the Live Server extension to run the Website.

Running the Chrome Extension Locally

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/aUnicornDev/tabsMonster.git

• Open Chrome Browser.

• Go to Browser Options --> More Tools --> Extensions

• Turn on the Developer Mode in the top right

• Click Load Unpacked and select the tabsMonster-chrome directory from the cloned tabsMonster repository.

• On Installation, you should be redirected to tabsMonster Landing page

• Use the extension icon to get the number of current open tabs.

• On making changes to the Chrome Extension, reload the extension.

🤝 How to Contribute

Contributions are always welcome!

But the Chrome Extension code is not the only way.

• Help in building the landing page

• Help with the tabsMonsterHub , a github like contribution chart for you daily tabs open.

• Suggest features related to this..

Each idea is very valuable!!

• Help with theme ideas for the extension.

Give ideas for different Monster Themes that can vary from Anime theme to anything!!!
