Tailwind is at v4 for real now! Would you mind rebasing from recent dependency changes, and updating the version in this PR to the full release version? |

This PR upgrades the existing tailwind v3.x implementation to v4. This is using beta 5 at time of opening. Adam's plan is for the official release in Jan 2025. This could sit here for a while until then.
Visually, I can't see any differences.
Give it a try locally if you have time.
