This commit upgrades jUnit to 4.11 and gives the parameterized tests human readable names (new feature in 4.11). If you're running the tests in an IDE supporting parameterized names (Eclipse does), it's helpful to see some details about the test being run (path and feature from tests_config.xml than just the index number of the test.
