Cleanup: remove unneeded node packages

Approach

• Remove node packages that aren't necessary.
• All current packages were located in devDependencies, moving the ones that are required by the production code to dependencies to follow best practices

QA notes

• Run npm install to update the dependencies
• Do some thorough testing of the functionalities (plugin settings, editor, frontend, media library)
