Adds options for displaying//hiding file names and supported extensions on the error (while refactoring a bit the code).

On some use cases, it could be useful not to show (prepend and append) files information and supported settings of files. This commit adds options for displaying//hiding file names and supported extensions on the error message (while refactoring a bit the code).
The options are set to
