Question Practice Tracker

Question Practice Tracker is a simple and efficient tool for tracking your progress in preparing for exams, interviews, or any other type of assessment. With this app, you can easily create question sets, categorize them by topic, and track your performance over time.

Getting Started

To get started with Question Practice Tracker, simply clone this repository to your local machine and open the index.html file in your browser.

Usage

To create a new question set, click the "New Set" button and enter the name and topic of your new set. To add questions to a set, click the "Add Question" button and enter the question and answer.

To practice with a set, click the "Practice" button and answer each question in turn. Mark each question as correct or incorrect, and the app will track your performance by topic.

To edit or delete a question set, click the "Edit" button next to the set name. To edit or delete a question, click the "Edit" button next to the question.
