Platform Health Community Project

Platform Health Community project goal is to keep Magento integrated with the latest technologies, up to date libraries.
The mainline for the project is platform-health branch that should be available for all affected Magento repositories.

- Project label Project: Platform Health
- Backlog is available on Platform Health backlog project board
- Pull requests can be viewed on Platform Health PRs project board
- Project slack channel: #platform-health
- Declare PHP 8.0 Compatibility for all Magento projects
- Eliminate all dependencies that might prevent early Magento compatibility with PHP 8.1
- Update all Magento composer dependencies and built-in JS 3rd party libraries to the latest version (eliminate if possible)
- Declare PHP 8.1 Compatibility for all Magento projects
