Pull Request Overview
This PR modifies the SCM (Source Control Management) Repositories view to hide inline navigation actions by default, providing a cleaner interface while still allowing users to promote actions from the overflow menu if desired.
Key Changes:
- Navigation group actions in the SCM Title menu are now marked as hidden by default when displayed in the Repositories view inline menu
