Switches OpenSCAD to a daily release cadence.
In my opinion, there are only two hard requirements for a release process: it must happen regularly, and it must increment the arbitrary release number. Any other requirements are self-imposed, and don't reflect downstream distro or user expectations.
Fortunately, there already is an existing, well-functioning release process in place: the nightly builds. These require no human intervention, and happen on a schedule. It may make more sense to for example expand this system to a monthly release instead, as long as the release is automated and happens on a predictable cadence.
