I don't have enough expertise with type annotation, adding draft PR to get some feedback on whether I am doing it correctly or not, and some feedback on what should I do for the above errors
e.g for
heapq.py:381: error: "Callable[[], tuple[Any, ...] | list[Any]]" has no attribute "__self__" [attr-defined]callable doesn't have self do we have anything for the bound method in typing or do I need to do anything with Protocol?
