@bhamail - there are likely things that need changing if we move minimum Python Version > 3.7 as there are probably things we can move away from (older syntax). What necessitated this PR? |

Use latest
packageurl-python.Had to update to newer minimum python 3.8.
I think these changes are needed to enable updating to latest cyclonedx release: see: sonatype-nexus-community/jake#151
