Adds exponentiate_reverse.py which computes an integer n raised to the power formed by reversing the digits of n (e.g., 54 -> 54**45).
Usage:
python exponentiate_reverse.py 54
Notes:
The reversed exponent uses the absolute value of digits (leading zeros dropped).
Very large inputs produce extremely large outputs; tested with small inputs.
Verification performed:
python -m py_compile exponentiate_reverse.py
Ran python exponentiate_reverse.py 2 → output 4
