In addition, the 'description' should contain some action. For example, "Learn how to...".
'title', 'page_title', and H1 (#) should be different. 'title' and H1 should be shorter and more explanatory as they appear to the reader of the article., 'page_title' is mostly used for SEO, so it may contain more words.
