Description

Update social media link in HelloWorld template component from Twitter to X.

Changes

• Update link from https://twitter.com/vuejs to https://x.com/vuejs
• Update display text from "Twitter" to "X (Twitter)" for backward compatibility

Motivation

Twitter has been rebranded to X, and the template should reflect this change.

Hi, this PR only updates a social media link in the HelloWorld template.
The failed CI checks appear to be caused by an outdated Node.js version in the test environment (currently 16.13.1, but minimatch@10.0.3 requires >=20).
